1. Replacement Only Policy

We only offer replacements for products that are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We have a 48-hour return & replacement policy.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Email us at safaltelecomindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo/video proof.

  • Our team will verify your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

4. Replacement Process

Once your claim is approved, we will deliver a replacement product within 5–7 days.

We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if:

  • The product is found to be damaged due to customer misuse, or

  • The claim is submitted after the 48-hour window.

5. No Refunds Policy

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered

  • Delivery delays

  • Unclaimed shipments

All sales are final once confirmed.
